Lose 5 Pounds a Month- June 2010 Challenge

I challenge you to lose 5 pounds a month until the end of the year or until you reach your goal weight. 8 months times 5 pounds means you could be 35 pounds lighter in time for Christmas. Are you up to the challenge? Then I challenge you to do this with me!

I am sooo there. Starting weight is 170. I have until the end of August to get into a bikini. I figure I can look pretty darn good losing 15lbs and putting on some muscle weight. LET'S GO LADIES!!!!0

I had a bad bad bad long weekend too.
I am actually shooting for ten pounds this month.
I think I have at least 5 in water weight alone so I think I can do it.
I have been blowing it for the last month and a half and have no social obligations this month so it's now or never.

Terri I think the math they were refering to is the fact the 8 months times 5 pounds would be 40 pounds not 35. also Christmas is now 6 months away so 5 pounds a month would make it 30 pounds plus whatever you lose in december. But nobody is quibbling the math. A loss is a loss. I am so glad you are back on line.!!!!!0 -
