    I'm game.

    I guess I'll start with what I'm doing right now

    I'm eating pork chops, yellow squash, broccoli and mashed yams for dinner. Everything but the yams was done on the grill. Yams were done with applesauce instead of butter.

    Declicious.

    I'm catching up on this week's episodes of Stewart and Colbert.

    What kind of rice cooker do you have?

    I have a Zijuroshi (sp?) - fairly nice one. The thing is dangerous because it makes such good rice. I swear, I can make rice at 8am and just leave it in there until dinner and it's still perfect 9 hours later. The thing is amazing.

    The rice actually gets better after it's been in there a while. I'd say it peaks at around 3 to 4 hours after it's initially done.

    i miss my wine .. i only used to drink 1 bottle of red a week but it was nice to chill out with , i think thats why i get so wired now lol enjoy :)

    I think I might go buy some pants.

    This week I've been feeling rather skinny - like I'm wearing my dad's pants or something. Almost all of my pants are 2-4" too big right now - I haven't really bought many clothes since I dropped 15 pounds last year.

    well done in your loss ... well i feel like im back at square one ... last week i THOUGHT i lost 3lb untill i brought some new digital scales today only to learn my old scales were out by 14lb !!! gutted !!

    on the upper hand iv'e lost a inch on my neck and waist and nearly fit into my next size down jeans ...

    so that made me feel better :) and im going by the tape measure more than the scales now .... im only going to weigh once a month now :)
