    OK I actually just went on ahead and did my day one squats at 1 a.m. so it technically should have been day 2 but I am officially on track now!

    START DATE: MARCH 1st

    Day 1-50 squats -- Complete
    Day 2-55 squats
    Day 3-60 squats

    I just started something similar, through hundredpushups.com, a few days ago. I then decided to take on their 200 squat challenge and they make you take an initial test - If you do this, be careful! DON'T PUSH YOURSELF TOO FAR!! I did 45 and I couldn't walk properly and without pain even if I wanted to and this is day 3 of recuperation. I can't sit down without pain, among other things. It's getting in the way of my other exercises which would make me burn lots of calories. Just don't push yourself too far, especially at first since this is a new thing for your body and it needs to get used to it. Start small. That's all the advice I need to give. Good luck! =)

    I am in, 2 days late but will catch up....I love squats!!!!! Used to do 200 a day, got out of that habit so this will be perfect.....
    I havent read the entire thread but can you start a group for this?
