    Feeling (re-)motivated! My birthday is towards the end of the month so I want to feel good and look good in all those piccies. Plus I'll be going home after 3 months away so want all my family and friends to see a visible difference!

    Hopefully my the end of this month I'll be well on my way to running a 5k!

    i'll be weighing in on saturdays. I have a consult for my next tattoo scheduled, i'll have my first session at the end of the month. if i hit my goal i'll have the next one next month.
    i am looking into doing the triathlon for MS, i have a coworker and a friend who have MS. this is a beginner triathlon and there are training sessions beforehand.

    I weigh in everytime in uniform for our biggest loser competition here at work, so I will be using that weight.

    SW: 291 on 18 October 2011, this was in PT Gear
    CW: 274, in uniform, my uniform weighs about 8-10 pounds.

    Just for fun: I do C25K on M/W/F and 30 minutes of Elliptical on T/Th/Sat, and 30 minutes of weight lifting after each cardio, then I do 30 minutes of elliptical after work but I'd like to start Insanity or some type of Crossfit starting Monday.

    Just for fun: What new fitness exercise or event are you going to do this month?
    I'm going to start back with my C25k training. There is a fundraiser race at the school of nursing that I graduated from that I'd like to participate in on 4/6, and then the school's alumni race is 4/20. I'd also going to try and start doing more weights and strength based activities. I am ok with cardio but want to be building muscle too and I like the good burn I feel in the days after a good session.

    I am training for a half marathon on April 7 so that training will be most of my fitness in March!
    3/1 started this morning with a quick 3 mile run :)

    3/2 did my "long" run for the week - 8 miles in under 1hour 20 minutes - YEAH!
    3/3 3 mile recovery run at a good pace - just under 10 minute mile. :)
