    I'll give it a try. I'm just going to aim for 30 this month and see how it goes. Hopefully, I'll increase it next month. Snow on the ground outside today so I think I'll dust off my Lesley Sansone. I've been lurking around these boards for several weeks and this is my first post.

    Im in. I use a fitbit so tracking my daily steps is easy. I average 3 miles a day of just walking but need to bump it up to 4. Weather should start getting warmer and I will get outside and walk more.

    3/1 - 2.86 miles
    3/2 - 3.94 miles

    Its beautiful and sunny today - not very warm but maybe I can suck it up and get outside for a couple mile walk.

    I am using fitbit to track miles I have only had it a few days so not going to set a goal.

    I'm in and since I have never tracked my miles, I'm setting my goal for 20 miles.

    Still in. I want no days under 7000 steps, and three days a week over 10000. Maybe I can do it this month :).

    3/1. 15,133 steps (good start)
    3/2. 17,004 steps (best day yet)

    I start a new job tomorrow and it is near the park in town where I used to walk. Now I have a reason to go walking every day when I get off work. C'mon snow, melt already.

    Just started walking every lunch time at work- approx 1mile but I usually swim at weekends but went walking with my friend today we used the Endomundo app to measure our distance & pace...covered just under 5miles today

    is walking outside okay on warm days. and my doing walk away the pounds indoors on the really cold days okay.
