    I get weighed at work so I wear my nurses uniform. Also as mentioned on here my glasses so I can see the scale hehehe
    And a smile or frown depending on what I see lol :flowerforyou:

    I normally weigh myself first thing in the AM, so whatever I fell asleep in. Which is usually just a t-shirt and underwear.

    personally I wear nothing each morning. Pee, strip, weigh as someone else said. I even wait to brush my teeth because i want a true measurement. But in a weight loss plan, it doesnt matter what you wear to weigh in, just make sure you're wearing the same thing each time. Thats why I started with nothing on, easy to remember!

    Um, why would the guy measure his height with his shoes on? This is not his true height and his shoes has nothing to do with his body composition and neither do clothes. So the I suppose he keeps the extra inch of height but subtracts say 5-7 lbs for his clothes? Yeah, he's "fooling" himself about his true body composition.

    I usually weight before I put on my clothes for work... so that tells you what i'm wearing... usually socks.

    I even try to pee before
    ... & exhale hard before.. haha! Never know how much air weighs in the lungs!! :)

    I weigh myself nekked! Doesn't really matter so long as you do it the same each time!

    Shouldn't have your shoes on for height though.

    I take off all my clothes, my ponytail holder, I burp, fart, giggle, take off my earrings, pee some more and then exhale all the air out of me and jump on.

    Why not? As long as they wear clothes of about the same weight every day it won't matter.
