    One more good long ride and a warmup left to finish my goal! =)

    Percentage of goal: 89%
    *Getting harder as baby is pressing on my stomach/bladder/lungs more!----going to set my goal lower next month for sure!*

    Feb 25---11.5 stationary LISS (although my heartrate was definitely up so maybe not so "light")
    Feb 24---6.5 miles stationary HIIT
    Feb 21---3 miles (warmup for strength training)
    Feb 19---11.5 miles stationary LISS
    Feb18---6 miles stationary HIIT
    Feb15---6 miles stationary (plus 2 from yesterdays warmup)
    Feb 13---11.5 miles stationary LISS
    Feb 11---5.5 miles stationary HIIT
    Feb 9---6 miles stationary HIIT
    Feb 8---9 miles stationary LISS w/a couple high-intensity intervals toward the end
    Feb 6--8 miles stationary HIIT
    Feb 4--12 miles (first LISS hour-long ride and I survived!)
    Feb 2---10 miles (my standard HIIT varied resistance/speed ride)

    FINISHED---with a mile to spare and a new PR of 14 miles in 70 minutes! here's my final stats: 120 miles in Feb, approx 10.5 total hours of cycling, approx 6,500 calories burnt! Yeah, I'm going to go finish that bag of caramel Ghiradellis right now :) My next big goal is to finish another 150-200 before the baby is born!

    Such a sweet thing to say! I think my 3 girls and my hubby were glad for me to have a nice goal/release of "nesting energy" this month! Can't wait to start my March miles. See you at the finish line!

    So far 81 miles for the year.

    250 was the goal and I barely beat it. Can't wait until the last of the snows have passed and I can drop the studded tires for slicks and get back out on weekends again.

    Predominant weight loss from an intense cycling program, which commenced November 2012.

    Since 10th November 2012 and after 114 days have surpassed I have undertaken a strong exercise regime comprising of:

    Walking: 27hrs 23mins
    Spinning: 5hrs 53mins
    Cycling: 187hrs 09mins (4476.50 Kilometres)

    Which in turn, I have burnt a massive 171087 calories (Polar CS600 Heart Rate Monitor)!

    Along with a relatively strict diet, with an estimated daily intake of 1250 - 1500 calories per day, I have now lost a total of:

    32.90Kg
    72.53lbs
    5 Stone 2lbs

    Not an overly hard winter despite a few weeks with sub zero temperatures and occasionally riding in snow.

    Loving the cycling at the moment and am happy to see the sunshine.

    Have been pushing out 5+ days a week, however sticking to 5 days training a week now and, pushing out 100Km a time.

    Pleased the winter is now behind me and looking forward to the warmer temperatures coming.
