    My rule of thumb is if he's old enough to be my father, that's too much. When I was 19, I was dating a 31 year old. It all depends on your compatibility. For the most part, age ain't nothing but a number.

    But context is everything. I'm almost 28. An 18 year old dating someone who is 14 years older is a much different topic. The 2 year difference for your situation is nothing to worry about.

    There's absolutely nothing wrong with dating someone whose older. Granted you're 18, 20 is very much within your immediate pool (including 25 year olds).

    The two years difference doesn't bother me so much, but I have to wonder why a 20 year old would want to date a girl still in high school.
