I started walking last week on a daily basis and am really enjoying it. Count me in. Today I'll be doing a 2.6 mile walk and am aiming to beat the 36 mins I did it in last time.0

Started my March Walking Challenge on Saturday with 1mile on inclined treadmill.
Completed 3 miles of multi muscle walking and 1 mile on inclined treadmill on Sunday.
Completed 4 miles of multi muscle walking and 1 mile on inclined treadmill today! :happy:
I will log in everyday I walk but I plan to walk at least 1 mile a day.0 -

I'm in. I am new to this site as of last Thursday. I walk to the WII game Walk it Out. So I will post steps and distance.

Just found this thread, but my goal is 10000+ steps a day with at least 30 minutes on the treadmill for aerobic exercise. I use STRIIV app, if anyone wants to join our team. We push each other to keep the streak alive.
March 1st - 12,735, 5.1 miles, 118 minutes
March 2nd-13,542, 5.6 miles, 124 minutes
March 3rd-14,818, 5.8 miles, 130 minutes
March 4th - 15,191, 6.7 miles, 135 minutes
Have 4000+ in for today already. : )

Today, March 1st Fitbit says 10384 steps,11 Floors, ran all work errands, and finished them on treadmill, earning me a glass of wine.
Goal for march? 300,000 steps, average of 70,000 steps/week
March 2/13 , it was a long day at work and hardly any steps, so I got home and spent an hour on the treadmill. 10624 steps, 5 floors: Followed by a glass of wine and bed
March 3/13 Climbed Mt Erskin, Saltspring island: 11889 steps, 129 floors. Beautiful sunny day.
March 4/13 Weather still sunny, took dog for walk in park, had to finish off w 20 min on TM, 10247 steps, 19 floors climbed
