    Good morning! Today is week 7 day 2 of the P90X program which means I was suppose to complete the Plyometrics dvd however b/c I was so short on time I switched it out for the Core Cardio and Balance dvd. I'm a little sore from yesterdays workouts so doing push ups and walking planks today really took a toll on my arms.

    Blah! I hate TOM! I went camping this weekend and I was really hoping the scale was going to go down, I feel smaller although the scale doesn't show it. We walked everywhere and went swimming. Also almost the whole family is following MFP so I wasn't worried about healthy food. I bet this is just water weight. My goal for this week is to swim laps everyday. Have a good week everyone!

    Ok I attempted Day1 C25K again today (2nd day in a row) and still can't finish it! Made it 20 minutes this time (including the 5 min warm up) if I could only make it the last 5! :grumble: I'll give it a try again on Thursday. Tomorrow night is my Zumba night. I will get that day one done one of these days! :laugh: I'm doing the 5K Race for the Cure on Saturday with my neice and was thinking we would strive to complete in 30 minutes. However I guess that is completely unobtainable unless we run the whole thing! :noway: So I'm going to try to see if we can do it under 45 minutes. That's about 15 min mile, right? Oh well....it will be fun with my 13 year old neice! She is SO excited to have her OWN Aunt Kelly day without her brothers! :happy:

    Today is week 7 day 3 of the P90X program and I was able to rock out the back and bicep dvd this morning. I'm hoping I have what it takes to complete the next 5 weeks of this program b/c I'm beginning to get bored so it's making it harder and harder to get up in the morning. Nonetheless the workout is complete and I feel real good about it.

    Good morning all! There's one more day til the weekend arrives and I can't wait. I don't have any major plans but work has been so stressful lately I'm just glad to have a couple of days to myself. I'm thinking about checking out the Sex and the City 2 movie. I absolutely loved the series and the first movie.

    Anyway, today is week 7 day 4 of the P90X program which is a Yoga day and you all know the routine......I don't like yoga so as always I substituted it w/Cardio X. I can definitely feel my arm and back workout and while sore I'm happy that I really worked those muscles.

    Well, I weigh in tomorrow, hoping it's much better than the last time. This week has been good though. I finished Week 2 Day 1, 2 & 3 of C25k!! I also started a challenge of my own on here ( http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/100747-my-100mile-challenge ) and since Tuesday I've walked almost 6miles, not including today yet!! I'm still dancing with the Wii, especially with the possibilitly of rain at any point for the rest of the week. I got in some quality time with my brothers yesterday and went bowling. Tons of fun :) I've been eating good this week too. My snacks have been either 90cal granola bars, apples, almonds, and chezz it's (just last night, and only time portion). Breakfast has been good, mostly whole grain/wheat oatmeal and apples. I've been eating my veggies like crazy at lunch and dinner. So I'm hoping with all of taht combined, I lose a pound this week, although I'm striving for 2 so I can say I reached my first mini goal! I told my hubby back in April before I started this site, that I wanted to lose 15lbs by 6/15, I'm so close to that. If I don't make it, I won't complain, because the fact that I'm losing any is amazing to me. Well, I'm headed out for my first walk of the day.     Ok, so I lied...I went ahead weighed myself after eating breakfast, drinking 8oz H2O and after a 2mile walk, but I couldn't wait til tomorrow, I had to know today, lol, I still plan on weighing tomorrow in the morning just to see :)

    I guessed I weighed myself one too many times, so I'll wait til tomorrow to post what I weighed, so here's mine from the 4th or 7th of June:

    Thank you for the compliment. My girlfriends and I hit LA for Memorial Day weekend and I was feeling quite sexy and sassy.

    Congrats to you for breaking out of the 160's keep up the great work.

    Good afternoon ladies! Since I was having a lazy day and I was still sore from yesterday's workout I decided to keep it light today. I had to return a movie to the redbox which is at my local grocery store and instead of driving all the way there I parked at the Walgreen's and walked there and back for a total of 2 miles. It was blazing outside so I was so happy to return to the house. I decided to skip the book club meeting and continue to lounge.

    Today was my 2nd time running on the streets of GA. Even at 9 am, it was extremely hot and humid therefore I was never able to catch a good stride. I completed the 1st mile in about 9 minutes 30 seconds but had to take begin walking b/c the humidity was sucking the air out of me. So between running and walking I was able to complete 2.5 miles in 26 minutes (plus a 4 minute cool down). When this workout was complete I was dripping w/sweat and absolutely exhausted. I returned home, showered and made a yummy banana/chocolate protein shake w/2 slices of whole wheat toast.

    So, after being stuck at 210 for THREE weeks, I lost 5 pounds this week! It was nice to see the scale move again! We made it to the pool 5 days this past week. I am loving all the calories swimming with the kiddos burns! This week, my goals are to stay under my calories every day, and exercise at least 6 days, whether it is going to the pool or taking a walk.
