Day 6 done but as part of a cross training class. We did so many squats and lunges more than what we had to do today that I just couldn't do any more than 20 later. Think I'll be feeling it tomorrow. I am getting lower in them though! Glad for the challenge, don't think I'd bother without it!0

I did 100 today because I'm starting late. I'll do at least 100 per day until I've caught up.

I am new to MFP. THis is my first post.
I squat all day long (every bathroom break I take I do 20 squats) and I lunge randomly from place to place.
I found this Squat Challenge on instagram with a picture of a nice butt LOL and I want that butt! Are you supposed to do all the squats at one time? Does is count if it's spread out through the day? For example I have done 80 squats so far today (I drink a lot of water therefore go to the bathroom alot =P ) but I don't think that would count towards the challenge? HELP0 -
