I know this is going to sound random....
When I was in good shape (which is basically the same weight as my goal weight), I was in Vegas for a bachelorette party. I remember walking right into the casino from the pool at Caesar's with a bikini on and a white tennis skirt over it, with zero self-consciousness and my head high.
I want to be able to do that again.0 -
Drop it like it's hot.0

I see all of these fitness models in the gym wearing clothes that I just don't understand how they can wear that and feel comfortable AND get a great work out in.....well someday about 4% less body fat I'm going to have a photo shoot in a gym with the skimpy clothes on showing off all my hardwork. Even if the photo's are only seen by my eyes it'll be a huge accomplishment for me. I LOVE ME SOME MUSCLE!!!!0

I think doing that arm thing played a part in tearing my rotator cuff last year. I used to always do that. I should have stopped as I got fatter, but NO.0

My sister is a year younger than me. She has always been tiny. She can rock a bikini and turn heads at 57. I want to be able to stand next to her and not be the fat sister. She has only had 1 kid, I had 3. Other than pregnancy I don't think she has ever weighed over 120.0

Fit comfortably in the seat belt in my husband's car. I use it to see if I have lost weight because before I started losing I could only just fit it around me. (Note: He's got a tiny car that I have to fold my very long body into like a sardine.)0

Shop for clothes at thrift stores and find the good stuff, not the old lady stuff.
This! My family loves to thrift shop around the holidays, and since most of them are tiny, they can find much cuter and cheaper stuff than I can.0 -
