I am also a pear shape. I have been as low as 130, but when I was at my fittest, (running 400m in 56sec) I was around 145. I'd rather be 145, muscular and fit, than 130 and weak.

Same here! Though I'm still trying to figure out what my peak performance weight is. I recently ran a pretty good HM (1:40:25) at 128 lbs, but I ran my fastest 5K (20:58) at 113 lbs. That was jsut after puberty hit me so my body changed a lot since then and I can't really know what is best for me anymore

cw: 138.5/139 (not positive...spending more time away from scale)
gw: 130/135 (135 I will be happy...but comfy at 130 with some pounds to fluctuate!)

I'm trying to be more into health and reteaching myself what's normal since I admittedly spent most of a year losing weight in a very unhealthy manner...now I just want to be healthy and maintain instead of killing myself to weigh 118 (original goal) I know I might gain as I incorporate foods back into my routine..but I'm hoping using MFP as my guide, it will be minimal and I'll do more maintaining than gaining!

started march 27 2012. I put a plus beside my start weight because I refused to get on the scale. I had already started losing weight when I decided to finally weigh. Stupid I know.

I've been as low as 146 as an adult, but I looked like I needed to eat a sandwich at that weight. I've got a large frame.

I remember looking very thin at 180. I've always held my weight well. My friends pretty much fell over when I told them how much my CW is (and I have some brutally honest friends!). I'm going to work toward 160 though for now and see if I am still happy around there!

GW: 161 but will settle around 170!

i have been doing this since September 2012 so losing around 1 pound a week. I have never gone under 1400 cals a day, and average around 1500-1600. I exercise 3 times a week on average and have started doing weights which is really making a difference to upper arms, calves and general strength. I love being able to eat back exercise cals and still lose weight.

Trying to get my head around the whole TDEE - 20% scenario as that sets my cals higher than the MFP allowance. I have some great MFP friends who are very supportive and, so far, it has been a good journey.

My aim is to lose weight and get a lot fitter. I enjoy scuba diving and sailing and both these activities require me to be fit!

Goal Weight: 129-ish. I was super lean and toned in high school, and when I get sleek abs again I'll be perfectly happy, whatever weight that may be.
My ultimate goal is to be super toned before I get pregnant so that I can bounce back easier. We're going to start trying in a couple months.

I've been adjusting my goal weight, still not totally sure what's ideal yet. I know I look too skinny at 130. I like to have some curve still.

I like being thick but healthy and I feel If I was under 180 I would look very strange. Although I have never been that weight so who knows lol

SW: 200 back in 2011, got down to 165, came here in January this year at 170 after holidays/travel
    CW: 162
GW: probably 150, but will reassess at 155

When I started at 200 pounds and 47 years old, I thought I was too old and my metabolism therefore too slow to realistically ever see the 160s again, but figured that even if I only lost 10-15 pounds it would have to make me healthier. I took it 10 pounds at a time, and was amazed that it worked--and kept working. Now I'm only a couple of pounds away from the 150s. It's never too late!

Have been 129lbs for a few years now and I'm tired of always feeling uncomfortable and untoned. I trained as a ballet dancer until I was 17, so the weight I've put on since then makes me feel horrible. It's going to be slow but I'm looking forward to feeling more like.. me :)
