one of my favorites is: 2 chicken breasts in the crock pot, add a cup of salsa, a can of black beans, a cup for frozen corn, taco seasoning and any other seasonings as well. once the chicken is cooked shred it and you can put it on top of brown rice, quinoa or put in tortilla shells. i have also thrown in a block of cream cheese with it and you could add green/red peppers and onion....

I saw a similar recipe the other day in the forum that calls for rice, chicken, corn and I think tomato sauce. I think I will combine the two recipes. Yummy

    In Crockpot
2 cans Campbell's Golden Mushroom soup,
    2 cups Vegetable broth
    1 can Rotel diced tomato
    1 8oz can tomato sauce
    14 oz fresh chicken breast
cook on low for 6 hours

bump :drinker: I want to try the chops in the soup from the first page. No time to read the rest of the goodness on here right now.

2nd on the awesomeness of the bbq pork on the first page. I've also done it with turnips and carrots the first day, then pull it and add bbq sauce for the second day. Delicious!

My favorite--it might sound weird, but my husband is filipino so this is a normal dish in our house.

    Chicken breasts
equal parts vinegar, water and soy sauce--enough to cover chicken in crockpot. If you like the flavor and don't mind the salt, just use equal parts vinegar and soy sauce. Add some black peppercorns, garlic, and bay leaves.

Nope not weird at all. I love filipino foods and this is similar to one recipe I have. It is yummy!

    3 lb Pot Roast
    1 can Coke
    1 package onion soup mix
    1 can mushroom soup
    quartered potatoes
    baby carrots
    sliced onions

cook on low for 6-8 hours. the Coke really makes the veggies have such a great flavor.

We used cherry coke when we make this and it is super good

We love our cabbage soup....cook the beef and celery together, drain off fat, then combine with all other ingredients in a crock pot..low heat 8-10 hours (or high until cabbage is fully cooked) Delicious!

Cabbage - Raw, 1 head, large (about 7" dia) chopped
    Beans - Kidney, 1 can
    Beef - Ground, cooked, pan-browned
    Wyler's - Beef Bullion Cube, 4 cube
Celery 2 Large 1in stalk chopped finely
    Diced Tomatoes 14.5 oz Can,
    add 1 can of water
Usually needs no salt, but I always add pepper
Per Serving: 184 calories per serving...should make about 12 servings
