    You look amazing! I just hit 199 today also, after being up to 270 a few years ago. I lost 90+ lbs but then gained 40 back, pushing me close to 220. It's nice to be in one-derland again; and seeing your before and after pics really helps me put it into perspective for myself. Keep up the good work; you have inspired me to continue on my journey!
