    The first was in August 2011 when I was around my highest weight of 290. The second was last month at 190. My daughter is a year and a half older and has maybe gained 5 pounds. She sure feels lighter when hiking up 1000 stairs.

    Great job... Even though you want to shy away from the camera b/c the beginning pics are hard to look at sometimes.... When you are on a journey to a healthier, more fit you it shows how hard you have worked... Also, reminds you where you were....

    I was completely emberassed by mine but to see how far I have come I am proud of those pics now... It shows how hard I have worked...

    You have done a great job on your journey so far...

    In the first photo, I weighed about 230 pounds. In the second photo, I weigh about 180 pounds. I still have about 20 pounds to go, but I am super happy with myself as-is!!
