55+ lbs lost in the last year with 50 lbs lost since late June when I joined MFP. Eating smartly below my goal and daily exercise works wonders. I've been losing a steady 1-1/2 lbs per week.
That my pal Alienrite! Hard worker and a permanent supporter! He has a top class blog and takes much of his time to help others in their lifestyle change!
His results show, are hard earned and well deserved. Congrats my friend!0 -

I'm 5'10" and started at 305 lbs, down 140lbs to my goal weight of 165. I've maintained within 5-10 lbs for almost 8 months now0

I had the same thing hapen to me... I was down 40 lbs from my highest of 208 before anyone noticed I'd lost weight... GEEZ!
Of course I don't wear tight clothes so, that might have been part of it.
Got down a bit, fell off the wagon, so now I'm back trying to get down to a healthy BMI.:blushing:

This, plus any "%20" in the URL needs to be replaced with a space. Just a quirk of the forum software here.0 -
I posted mine a few days ago, but I thought I'd share here too... The first one is in January and I am 13 pounds down so far, the second was a couple days ago and down 58 pounds.........0

I have been saying I would put some progress photos on here for a little while ... but I have big issues with how I look and so have just quietly dropped them into my profile page.
Inspired by my awesome and courageous MFP friends and the awesome and courageous previous posters I am biting the bullet and posting here. Btw, should really smile in these photos ... miserable git! ;o)
1st pic is approx Nov '12. Skinny fat, weighed about 150 - 155lbs. 2nd pic is from now after 2 months weight training. My current weight is 172lbs and waist is 2" smaller than November last year.
All constructive criticism accepted ...0 -
I love seeing everyone's progress, and I haven't seen a new thread for comparison pics in a while so I thought I would start another one!
Here we go...please share your comparison pics!
