Today was a "B" day for Stronglifts for me and my buddy:
Squats
Overhead Press
Deadlift
Pull Ups
Prone Bridges
~35-40 minutes0 -
I done about 50 minutes total...37 min on treadmill which consisted of warming up for 2 minutes then alternating 6.0 incline/4.0 speed & 1.0 incline/6.0 speed including a 5 min cooldown. I also done some ab workouts with crunches, captiain leg raise, russian twist
Weigh in is tomorrow :-) I feel good about this week :-)0 -
30 minutes of jogging on a treadmill (3.20 miles) and 90 minutes of doggie walking for me0

Spread out throughout the day: 50 minutes of biking in the city, then 45 minutes of solo tennis in a racquetball court, then 65 minutes more of biking, then 5 sets of pushups averaging 17 pushups each and it's frikkin hot outside I AM TIRED @_@. I'm not used to all this exercise.
That was like 1400 calories burned off, but I can't eat it all - I'm 500ish under today but I just don't want to eat more; I'm feeling full as it is. I've been eating a really healthy, wholesome diet with lots of protein, wonder if that's okay to not eat all my exercise calories on big days... ???

If you'd rather bring down the deficit to something smaller tonight, go have a glass of milk, and/or a spoonful or two of peanut butter. For me, 500 calories left over at the end of the day guarantees a bad day tomorrow, but if I can shrink that to 200 or so, I'll be fine.0 -
I biked for 9.5 miles and rowed 4 miles on the machine at the YMCA. I love the Y.0

Kickboxing class and then Turbo Fire HIIT 400

60 min walk/run 4.78 miles. next sunday i plan on making it to 5 miles, come hell or highwater :smokin:0

65 minutes on the elliptical. 3 sets of lat pull downs and mid rows to failure. 90 minutes walking showing around out of town guests.0

Billy Blanks Jr Cardio Dance Party Bootcamp-45 minute workout, I love all his workouts they're super super fun. and 15 minutes with 18 Lb Kettlebells0

20 minutes with the weighted stability ball, 30 minute brisk walk.0

i walked 5 miles, , and i did 45 minutes of Zumba Fitness0

Spent 3 hours cleaning my house, doing laundry, up and down the stairs and then 16 minutes on the eliptical !0

Today is my relaxing day. I walked 4.2 miles in 90 minutes.0

7.75 mile time trial run in 79 min up the side of a mountain. Gotta beat the quads when possible, the big race is only 7 weeks away.

are you crazy?!?!?! i am surprised you made it thru your yoga class. i have to eat very, very carefully the night before my morning classes. i cant imagine fried cheese and burbon! i'm impressed you made it thru...0

Today was leg day... did squats, leg press, standing and seated calf raises, and leg extension. The workout lasted about 70 minutes, and it was amazing! Pushed myself super hard and after 4 sets on leg press in the 300lb range, I hit 1 rep of 500lb. It was awesome!0

Did 25 minutes of Walking/Jogging Intervals. Today was the first day I did Jogging and had my hubby right by my side, helping me along the way0

Husband and I iked 50 minutes with 4yr old and his soccer ball. That means hiking with sessions of sprints on any flat stretch as we chased the ball and each other.
We continually boggle at how much energy kids have. He still wanted to run around outside after we got back0 -
4.5 hours of cleaning and organizing my garage - moving boxes and shelves around, carrying stuff up and down stairs. Even though I didn't get my heart rate up that much, I'm tired and sore everywhere. My HRM said over 1100 calories. I figure that's at least double what I would have burned if I had just sat around all that time.0

So far today I walked my dog for 40 minutes. Might take another walk with my husband when he gets home from work if he feels up to it.0
