Roast chicken, mashed potatoes, and roasted asparagus.

Not fancy, but a family fave.

vanilla ffgy sludge with frozen mango, blueberries & PB
Verdict? I always mix mine together and let it freeze... I'm not sure if you get the same results eating it layered like this. Looks fab though!

I had this last night and tonight. Roasted a whole turkey breast in the oven for about 2 hours, served it up with some spinach salad w/ homemade vinaigrette, and then broccoli one night and sweet potato and sliced avocado with leftovers. Crazy good. And yes, smothered with hot polish mustard and sriracha because I had to taste my food

Had the same salad with roasted chicken for lunch today too. I'm hooked. That dressing is nonsense!

Hmm. Seems a little dairy-heavy this week, but too late now.

It got up to 7C here on the weekend so I finally went for gelato (coconut and dulce de leche):

Also, I got a Groupon for cheese: Quebec cheddar, Italian fontina and French truffle brie
    tumblr_mjiupfbqVl1rn7tcvo4_500.jpg

Acorn squash soup and homemade bread with more of the cheese
    tumblr_mjiupfbqVl1rn7tcvo3_500.jpg

Cottage cheese, strawberries and chocolate cream cheese
    tumblr_mjiupfbqVl1rn7tcvo8_500.jpg

    Kale chips:

Sundried tomato, spinach and mushroom pizza
    tumblr_mjiupfbqVl1rn7tcvo6_500.jpg

And I attempted the pumpkin protein cinnamon buns from upthread. Very good, so thanks xosugarbabie0.

A simple chicken ceasar salad and then the alternative is with a small pizza slice, all together each comes to 555-600 for a lunch or dinner :)

One of my favourite kind of dinners - I like to throw a potato in the over before I go for a run, it's always perfectly crispy when I get back

And I have to throw this in because while it may not be healthy, it was damn good and I still lost 1lb that week

Some food from the past week.

My complex had a food truck ralley. Nothing too special. Clam chowder and toasted raviolis were good, but the cupcakes were the best (peanut butter Nutella, turtle, key lime, and birthday cake):

    Another savory oats concoction:

Oven-baked yogurt & panko chicken on toast with avocados and oven-baked fries:

Teriyaki chicken thigh under the broiler, asparagus, and rice:

    P1000396_zpsfdebcedd.jpg

And actually had a couple vegetarian meals. Bowl of spinach and chickpea curry:

Onions and Chinese eggplant stir fry in a miso/toban djan/mirin sauce:
