Yo looks great and has obviously put in a great deal of work. Great job both of you! Also, love the couple that trains together and supports each other!!0

It is funny to think that Yo looked like the average every day girl before we began training her in my bodybuilding style since the last week of October 2012. This is just 4 months training to achieve her body/results. Never before have I met a woman who trains as hard and is as dedicated to the sport as I. Dream come true!
Please ask me any questions or my fiancee Yo Lazarov - www.myfitnesspal.com/yo_lazarov
Yo before she started training with me...
Yo's results after 4 and a bit months of training with me...
Well hot damn! Can I come train with you? She looks phenomenal!0 -

I LOVE following you guys. You make such a great team. Her results are AWESOME and she is an amazing person. I think you two will go very far togather. You really support her and that's what real love is about. Thanks for this update and keep it up. Some day my hubby and I hope to be where you both are. Thanks again for posting.0

Did you happen to get a before photo of her without a shirt covering her midsection? She obviously looks incredible but it's hard to gauge her 'then' to her 'now' IMO. To me, she looked fab before and after so..
Also, can you describe what her regime is like? I train everyday and would like to know what I could do that I possibly haven't been doing
There may be some photos but to be honest I can't promise.
If you want to see here training/diet/supplements it is found at www.team-wild.com
It was removed from here due to people casting hate - in shape = fair game for pot shots.
OK, thanks! Sorry to hear about people here being haters but yeah, I'm a mother of two trying to get in the best shape of my life and would love to learn how to get somewhat close to Yo's before at minimum. I ask cause some folks are already have lower BF% when they decide to start bodybuilding.. I'm at 25% with some slight saggy skin
Will check out your link, thanks again!0 -
Thanks!
As I say www.team-wild.com explains it all ))0 -
She looks amazing in both photos but her "after" photos are freaking AWESOME!
I love the tan and the blonde hair too. She really looks incredible congrats to you both!0 -
commenting so I can look at this later. She looks INCREDIBLE.0

Regarding what was said about water weight, have you or Yo experimented with Dandelion root or Uver Ursi to keep water weight down, eg photoshoots or competitions?
Also, no idea whether you've read this article or if you know who the author is, but if you have, what are your thoughts on it? Is stage prep really as hard and mundane as he says?

We use the above plus vitamin C, potassium and magnesium and we also water and salt load where appropriate... but only for shows and professional photoshoots which we have on the radar.WOW...nice job!

WOW! Only 4 months?!?!?!?! This gives me hope!!0

She looks amazing! I am truly inspired by her dedication and results in such a short time. You both seem like a great supportive couple.
A quick question, I saw you say Yo started around 20% body fat (estimate) how long do you think it would take to get good results with a higher starting body fat (30%)? I have looked at her training, would you change anything if you were working with someone with a higher body fat.
Thanks (from a Brit living in the US :-) )0 -

Hi 30% isn't really that high and Yo was in the mid 20s. We wouldn't change much beyond perhaps early on start you on more calories.
In terms of training change anything? No need. Muscle need and the only way to hold/gain is to lift.0 -
I think she looked lovely before... now she looks, well, very mucsular I suppose. I guess that's what you were aiming for.
You have a very misguided placement of opinion on a thread about success of people.
Would you find it acceptable me commenting on your thread saying ANYTHING about your weight other than positive?
Please refrain from posting on our SUCCESS STORIES thread if you feel the need to negative. This like any other thread is to CELEBRATE the weight loss/muscle gain Yo has experienced.
Its only negative if you think that muscular is negative. Which I didn't say it was. And that was what you were aiming for right? The muscular look? Congrats, you achieved it! Yay you!
Ps. She did look very lovely to start with. Is there something wrong with saying that?0 -
She looks beyond fabulous! I wish I even had her 'before' figure!0

She looks amazing!!!0

Looks thick, solid, tight, nice and shiney. Where can I get a lounge set like that? Is it leather?0
