5' 6" and was sitting too close to 150 for comfort
    I lost 10 pounds here and I thought I wanted 135
However, I am happy at whatever weight as long as I LIKE what the MIRROR is showing me
For instance, if I stuck at 140 but had a flat belly and some decent definition, I would be golden!
Jillian Michael's is really getting me there and eating right is key for sure.
MFP keeps me on track with motivation and inspiration and support!

My Goal Weight is around 140lbs, though in the end I care more that my body fat percentage is in a healthy range the about the weight, but I assume (after a bunch of calculators and stuff) that with a healthy body fat percentage (average range in healthy) that it is between 138 and 145lbs.

I mostly want to keep strength training and lose around 1- 2 more inches on my waist and hips. I have lost about 3 inches with the 12 pounds, so I think 5-8 more should do it. I don't really care what I weigh, but want to be a comfortable size 4 who can do pull ups! I'm starting to get abs!

SW: 164 (size 10 pants, size 6 dress)
CW: 158 (size 7/8 pants, size 4 dress)
GW: Don't have one, but definitely not below 145 - that's my lowest ever weight, and I was a very tiny size 5. Between my boobs, hips, and frame, I was perfectly proportional but didn't really have body fat to spare.

One awesome thing this fitness journey has taught me is that numbers cannot mean everything, because our bodies do not run on basic mathematics. It's all biochemistry. I mean, look at how much our goal weights and healthy weights vary even in this thread alone! We have to get to a point where we're doing what's healthy. When we feel that way, our bodies will have to catch up ;).

    Good luck, ladies!

GW 150 or 16% body fat or less
    UGW 144

I tend to build muscle very quickly so to get below 150 has always been hard for me, even when i'm in fantastic shape and have a low body fat % So if I can get to the point where i"m happy with how I look, have a lower body fat % I will be happy :)

Have a large frame, and very manly legs  !! Is it wrong to hope that in reaching my goal, I don't lose my boobs??
