I am 5' 3", at 22 BMI i should be 121-122 but i haven't been there in last 10 years so wouldn't even try. I am aiming at 125 and at 137 right now. 12 to go.0

I am 5'3" and currently 145.2. Goal weight for holiday in 14 weeks is 126, but eventually it will be 119.

According to a BMI calculator, my healthy weight range is 6st11lb (43kg) (95lb) - 9st1lb(57.6kg) (127lb)
I am currently 7st13lb (50.3kg) (111lb)
Would like to get as close to the low end as possible then potentially increase muscle. Really just want to cut the fat.
I was about 91lb when I was 18 and I think that would be too low.

My end goal is 37kgs which is 81lb. It's a bit light, but considering my ethnicity and how light I used to be when I was more active it's not too bad of a goal.0

I am about your height and used to be your weight (plus a little) I have been working hard the last 10 1/2 months and am down to 166. I used to think that the 140-150 would be good, but I now I will go until I think it's right and then maintain! It's hard to think that I am that close to 150 (and haven't been that in 20 years!) Lose until you feel you are right! I have never had a goal weight, just was looking to get healthy!0

I'm 5"2 and started at 196lbs. Wanted to get down to 126lbs. i'm currently at 121lbs. I'm happy as i am and not looking to lose more, just tone everything up. Can't remember the last time i weighed, looked and felt like this!0

I am 5'1 and currently 148.6. I would be happy at 135 as my frist goal but would like to get to 130 for wiggle room...lol I was 135 when my and the hubby started dating and I was happy at that weight for my build.0

im 5' 2 1/4" my goal is 155-165lbs. i weighed in today at 216.8 so only 51.8-61.8lbs to go. its very doable to me now. /i started my journey at my heaviest of 265 but really got active about it at 253. love the feeling of liking myself again.0

5'2 and 140 is my goal! Not "healthy" by BMI, but I felt fantastic at that weight (I gained some weight I lost back). When I reach 140 solidly, I may strive for 135, as that would make me bare minimum healthy according to the BMI scale, but honestly, I feel and look healthy at 140.0

5'2" goal weight 113. I think my frame is considered a medium frame. I have a decent amount of muscle tone. At 110, I would lean but not skinny. (Haven't been at that weight in like 20 years!)0

I'm 5' 4'' and right now my goal is 140, but I'm within 5 pounds of that so I might try dropping down to 135 or so. My healthy BMI range is 130 to 145 so by BMI standards I'm at a healthy weight. My mom/doctor says i shouldn't go below 130-135 because of my bone structure.0

I'm 5'3 1/4" and my goal weight is 145. I had my baby girl 7 weeks ago and I actually gained back some of the weight I loss when I had her, so I started back on my working out and eating healthy after the doc released me from my 6 week check up. I have reduced my calories and dropped back on the over eating. I lost four pounds in the first week and I am ready for the rest to fall off.0
