Greek Yogurt , what is your favorite way to eat it

So many great ideas! I mix mine with old fashioned oats, a little skim milk and layer it with frozen berries for a breakfast parfait of sorts. You can make 3-4 at once and keep them in the fridge for a quick breakfast during the week. Yummy! Sometimes I add a little splenda (2 packets) to sweeten it if I feel I need to.0

With a spoon and my mouth... and if I don't have a spoon my fingers work well.0
-
Plain greek yogurt with some vanilla protein powder, strawberres or blueberries and some granola. Yum!0
-
greek yogurt with a cup of frozen cherries and a scoop of cocoa powder (or chocolate protien powder if you'd like) and then blend it together.0
-
My favorite way is plain, unless it's nonfat, in which case I add cherry preserves.0

With berries and dark chocolate drops! Divine! X0

Fat-free, plain, with a teaspoon of honey and a bunch of mashed-up berries in it. Mmmm!0

Refrigerator Oatmeal! I love this stuff so much. I make a double portion of the blueberry and eat it for breakfast and as a snack.
I got the recipe from here: http://www.theyummylife.com/Refrigerator_Oatmeal
Seriously, so good. I use the recipe, except that I use almond milk, and I eat it hot instead of cold.0 -
For breakfast I usually mix 2 scoops of greek yoghurt, 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder and 1 tbsp peanut butter together and the put it in the microwave for 30 sec (might sound disgusting, "cooking" the yoghurt). Really delicious chocolate flavor right in the morning!0

-
Me too. Or berries and honey. 3 servings yesterday!0

I like to make fruit dip with it. I mix plain Greek yogurt with sugar free syrup and cinnamon.0

Love all the ideas on here. I usually add a little vanilla extract, squeeze of honey, 1/4 cup whole grain oats, and heated up frozen berries. Also, like others said, as sour cream on my wraps, quesadillas, omelets, anything I want to switch up a bit.0

I use nonfat plain greek yogurt in place of sour cream. I use it in baked potatoes and tacos. I use it in place of mayo for chicken salad or egg salad.
Vanilla yogurt with fruit...always. I can't eat it plain. For a special treat for my 7 year old twins, i serve it with pieces of grahm cracker, fruit and a little bit of chocolate syrup. They love it.0 -
I make a salad dressing with it. 1 cup greek yogurt, 1/2 cup almond milk, and a packet of Hidden Valley Spicy Ranch mix. Delicious used as dressing or a veggie dip!0

Flax seed and Ezekiel raisin cereal. YUM!0
-
Plain (not low fat or fat free) greek yogurt blended with a little vanilla extract and peach slices and then frozen for a few hours. Yumm0

Add an 1/8 cup of mini chocolate chips & chopped almonds with the coconut & you got Almond Joy Fage!
Honey and toasted pecans with a drop or two of vanilla - bakla-thin
Just to name a couple!!!
Chobani flips just came out with one like this, so good!0 -
Plain greek yogurt
special dark cocoa powder
blueberries
sliced almonds
torani flavored syrup

May have already been said, but I use mine for tuna salad. Replace mayo with greek yogurt and BAM! SOOOO GOOOOD and more than half the calories.0
-
I don't usually buy it since it's so expensive, but when I do, I just use it as a substitute for sour cream. (So mostly on baked potatoes)0

Ahhh, I haven't had Greek yogurt for so long! My favorite ways to eat it are not so healthy and diet-friendly but so so yummy
- in a pita stuffed with gyros, french fries and onions
- with kebab and lots of paprika and tomato sauce, perhaps some pita as well
- with stuffed grape leaves (dolmades) or stuffed tomatoes/peppers/eggplants
- with pilaf made in lamb/beef/chicken broth
- in tzatziki (and dip french fries in it)
*drooling*
But then again there are less calorie dense options, like
- eating it plain
- with fruits - apple & pear are my favorites
- with cereals instead of milk
- with honey
- with a tsp of sugar or jam
Sigh, I'm seriously getting homesick now.0 -
