    My heaviest was in the 180s. I can't believe I ever weighed that much. I can't imagine being 20 lbs heavier than I am now.

    Anyway, my lowest that I can remember being in my adult life was 155 which I achieved last year. I was so proud of myself and could not believe I hit the 150s. I wish I could have maintained it but now I have even further to go. But I'm looking at 155 as my first milestone (I am 162 now). My final goal is 130.

    I looked good at 115 pounds and thought I would just try to maintain... but maintaining was harder than I thought and the pounds just continued to drop. Personally, I feel better than ever, so much energy. I look and feel 10 years younger than I actually am... blood pressure down, no longer a diabetic... never been happier. Yeah, I am 56, size 0 and honestly, guys whistle and do a double take when I walk down the street. What more can a girl ask for than to feel and look the best they can while aging!

    Lowest weight- 145 lbs in 2nd year of college, wasn't working out and had a problem with restricting calories too much
    Goal weight: 145 lbs. I am basically there, just working on maintaining between 145 and 150 and lowering body fat. I love strength training!

    Lowest Weight: 129 as an adult, 115 at this height when I was in 8th grade. A condition of my sister giving me her blessing to lose weight was that I promise her I'd never even approach 115 again. I looked horrible.
    Goal Weight: 140, I was at 140ish when I got married. That's the best I've ever felt in my own skin.

    26 lbs lost since 2nd and final baby from my body.
    Very excited to be approaching my healthy weight loss, and optimal fitness.
    Working with a personal trainer has really helped a lot, and I am never looking back on 200 lbs.
    I WILL be 140 by the time I turn 40!

    Lowest Weight: I was six pounds once! The lowest I can remember as an adult was 150-160 lbs (Freshman in college).
    Goal Weight: 170; I was 170-175 from 19-24 years old. I was really happy at that weight -- athletic and toned, but still a tad curvy, not afraid to show a little skin. However, to be bikini ready (vs 170's tankini ready), I'd probably need to be 150-160 again. I have a looong way to go.
