Before and During: 195-150ish

I’ve lost even more since the 150 picture but haven’t taken any currents yet and I don’t intend to until my cruise in May.

This is the first time I’ve ever posted my bare stomach. I was alway too scared to but I was so proud of the progress that I wanted to share. Sorry about the grossness :-)

    What a transformation! It gives me hope that my stomach will shrink that much. My SW is 193...I hope to get down to 140ish. Right now I've lost almost 5 pounds. Great job!

    That's great! Keep up the hard work. It takes time and the most important thing is that you don't give up. There will be times where you do everything right and you don't lose at all or even gain. Those are the times when you need to trust that what you are doing is changing your body in a positive way and the scale isn't reflecting fat loss. It is so important to stick with it.

    It took me about a year to lose 50 but I've slipped up at times and gained weight then started losing again. It's currently 2 years almost to the day from when I started.

    wow we are very similar. i'm 5'4 and i started off at 202 i'm hoping to get down to 150. thanks for posting these picture they really give me some hope! you did an amazing job girl! straight amazing.

    PS how did you get your tummy to be so flat? i want my tummy to look just like yours!
