    We're half way through the month and we have 44 people in the lime (on track to meet their goal), 93 people who have done some moving but are not half way yet, and 36 who signed up for the challenge but haven't moved at all.

    As for me, 2 mile walk with the dogs this morning. May move more later today.

    A slow start and getting back on the saddle after nearly 2 weeks off with a flu-virus. Will need to downscale this months target to just 750 miles - and that's going to be a struggle
