I am definitely in! I am 17 pounds away from my goal weight, So any encouragement staying focused as I move to maintenance will be a super help. I like the idea "Eat the rainbow".
I am 5'10" and my current weight is 192,
I started MFP in January 2012 at 275, My highest was 307.

I'm in. The scale is sticking somewhat for me just now, but I am seeing a change in inches for the better. I know that's what matters more, but I'd still like to see that magic number on the scale. I have 16 pounds to go, so I know it will be harder the closer I get to goal weight.0

So in response to the Challenge question from above. I'm not going to be doing specific challenges weekly. This will be an open forum for people to ask questions and support each other. I may post videos or workouts which we can all try. I will not be able to get back to everyone individually but I will try my best to help everyone. Post questions on the board and each week I will take the time to address some questions. The first 15 suggestions are posted and I want everyone to print it out and post on the FRIDGE and try and follow all of those guidelines for week 1. Go get IT!! I'm off to the gym now will check back in 2m.

I've been doing them for about 6 months during that time I lost 27 lbs thus far not all of the weight loss is shown on my fitness pal. I am a trainer and I let myself go over the summer so in November I decided I will never let myself go again thats why i'm going to be working my butt off to help each and every one of you. I am 5'3, pear shaped and currently 162. I am not happy at this weight! My goal for this 12 week challange is to lose 25 lbs and get into better shape. I want to be benching 70lbs and be able to run a 5k in 32minutes, which is a huge feat for me !

I'm keen! I'm 156lb at the mo. Want to get back to 147. It got there Dec 2012 but then Christmas happened, a damaged foot from new year training and 2 nasty colds! I'm just getting back into training and I'm back on MFP with gusto! Your week 1 suggestions are great - I'm going to concoct a Rainbow Salad (I think I've got most colours covered!). I look forward to being inspired by you and the others on this feed.0

Hi. My name is Megan. I am up for a 12 week challenge. I am 3 weeks into MFP at this point and have lost 11 lbs. I am about to enter a very stressful 6 weeks of my life- studying and preparing to take my boards to become a Nurse Practitioner while working full-time as an ER nurse (which doesn't allow for the best eating/nutrition environment- always on the go and running around and starving for hours at times). I look forward to any insight you have about nutrition and exercise, but also how to make it a priority while there are other major things going on in life that may revert people to emotional eating and fatigue. Look forward to hearing from you.

I'm Pear - I've been with MFP for a few months now and did loose a bit of weight initially, but lost my motivation for a while. But it's back and I'm ready to get back on track! I currently way somewhere between 130-140 pounds, and my goal for the next 12 weeks is to get as close to 120 as I can (but really, all I care about is looking better in a swim suit.) Looking forward to meeting you all and seeing you achieve your goals!0
