ok I am intrigued by this....so can someone tell me, do you just do regular squats without any weights? do you do them quite fast or slower ? thanks !
Since we are all at different fitness levels, all variations are acceptable. Whichever will make them a "challenge" for you personally.

I've finished the first 3 days!!!, i actually like squats they're one of the exercises that i have an easier time continuing through the burn. I think i'm going to do this first 30 days without weights, and then i am goin to do it again but add weights next 30 days. I don't wan to add them right now because i'm starting my walk/run program on the 1st and don't want to throw too much in at once, i just know i'll sabbotage myself. Hope you're all doing great!!0
