2 scoops of MGN chocolate chip cookie dough protein powder
2 tbsp crunchy homemade almond butter
1 cup oats (ime it hasn't mattered what kind, they all blend the same)
    12 oz water.

Yes, it blends thick, but that's kinda the point. After thirty seconds of blending it turns into *almost* peanut butter cookie dough pudding.

This is my favorite. Family likes it as well even though I'm the one who needs to lose the weight.

    For Breakfast-Strawberry Banana Smoothie
More than enough for three of us.
Sorry I can't be exact with some of the amounts. I just do it by sight and taste.

    In blender-
    1 banana
    About 1 cup fresh strawberries
    a handful of fresh spinach
2 scoops vanilla whey protein powder
    Ice cubes
Add Almond Coconut milk to about 3/4 full-add more milk or ice to thin it out of thicken it.
    Add Splenda to taste

Just drink it before it turns green because of the spinach. Then it looks pretty unappetizing. This is a variation of The Pink Method Breakfast Shake. The spinach is supposed to promote weight loss. Don't know about that but it's healthy and tastes good!

Love the idea of adding Crystal Light! What a great idea!

Nice thread. It would be cool if people knew the calorie/carb/fat/protein count to include that with their recipe :)

Sounds great! Im going to try this one!
Got this one from a bodybuilding magazine and love it!!

    1/4 cup orange juice
1/2 cup plain, low fat yogurt
    1/4 cup raspberries
    1/4 cup blackberries
    1/4 cup blueberries
    1 scoop vanilla protein powder

Place all ingredients in a blender and mix to desired thickness. (I use Designer Whey protein powder and frozen berries since I can't make it every day and don't want the fruit to go bad. I also like to add flaxseed and am thinking about trying it with chia seeds.)
