For me, it's probably yogurt (greek, regular, frozen...). I honestly don't remember the last time I went through an entire day without eating some form of yogurt!

Mine is the same. Greek yogurt and cottage cheese. I eat them both to get my protein up. I get so mad when my store runs out of my particular yogurt, Fage plain 2%.0

Bread.
I haven't had much today, just one wholemeal pitta....but there is still time for toast.
It fits into my calorie count, I'm not worried.0 -

BBQ Habanero Almonds. I could eat them all day long! Also, I buy this bacon parmesan dip from Target and it takes all my strength not to eat the whole thing in one sitting. So good.0

Before it was bread, pasta and pizza... Now it's more like cheese, eggs and meat! :-)0

believe it or not, but - sunflower spread; comes from a childhood of being allowed to eat heavily spread bread and butter with every meal, and so does my overweight! A work in progress.0

I eat Fage full fat Greek yogurt with berries, flax and chia seeds every day. I also eat almonds every day, and coconut oil. My day is not complete without those things.0

Mine isn't really a "food". I can't seem to exist without coffee. Which probably wouldn't be so bad in itself if I didn't drown it in half &half.0
