I'm thinking of adding in kelp for iodine, just for a short time to see what happens, also coconut oil and bitter orange for thermogenic boost? I can't get above 97 degrees no matter what I do, usually running around 96.0

I take a multi, Fish Oil, Vitamin C (and haven't had a cold all winter!) And D3 and Iron because I am deficient...Found out about the D3 because of my Fibro bloodwork, and have been turned away donating blood several times, so added the iron.0

Multivitamin, CoQ10, B-12, fish oil with krill, zyflamend, ZMA, and Humapro when I am lifting. I take my green tea in, um, tea.
