    I take a multi, Fish Oil, Vitamin C (and haven't had a cold all winter!) And D3 and Iron because I am deficient...Found out about the D3 because of my Fibro bloodwork, and have been turned away donating blood several times, so added the iron.

    Multivitamin, CoQ10, B-12, fish oil with krill, zyflamend, ZMA, and Humapro when I am lifting. I take my green tea in, um, tea.
    Oh, and I try to eat flaxmeal regularly.
