    Thanks again everyone, it means A LOT!!

    I'm 5'5. A lot of people tell me i dont look 175 lbs. :)

    To the previous poster, i honestly dont know much about tightening up loose skin. I do have some on my upper inner thighs but thats it. I thought it would be worse. I hear strength training and time is all that will really help? Maybe someone else can chime in here.

    Btw how long/much did you walk a day? Your legs are so toned even though you say you didn't really do running/strength training? This is good news to me cause I hate running but love walking and was afraid my legs would stay thick without cardio

    Thanks guys :) I've actually decided to shoot for another 10 lbs, so my goal is now 145. I'm pretty sure ill be happy there.

    No set amount of walking but I guess it averaged around 45 min a day?

  • That is AWESOME! Your story sounds similar to mine. Soft drinks have always been my vice and I gave those up in January. Instead I drink water, Zevia, or Honest Fizz. - all of which are calorie free and the Zevia & Honest Fizz are sweetened with Stevia so they are completely safe/healthy. I also am a little more lax on the weekends. I don't belong to a gym & just walk on the treadmill or around the neighborhood or, as of yesterday we got an annual pass to the zoo which is 5 minutes from here. So... I'll be walking there a lot too so I don't get bored with walking. I have a 7 month old, a 13 yr old and a 15 yr old. I gained 45 lbs from pregnancy and am trying to lose 25 more lbs. I was 108 lbs for years and then I went back to school & put on some weight & then I got pregnant! I want to get back to my previous weight. Thanks for your motivating post! I am adding you as a friend. :)

    wow what an inspiration! You look fantastic. Your starting weight was just a little lower than mine and it is wonderful to see what can be achieved in a year. Thank you so much for sharing I cant wait until I can share my 100lbs gone photos :)
