It has been a tough month and I have been struggling to stay motivated, but when I look back at how far I have come I know I cannot quit. Hence, I am dusting myself off and getting back up on that horse, lol (and hey at least now the horse won't buckle under my weight, haha). I am 35 years old, 5'5" and my starting weight was 280lbs, and I started my weightloss last March. My goal weight is 130lbs, and I am about 30ish away but I know I will get there
Picture on the Left 270lbs (28 years old) and Picture on the Right 155lbs (35 years old).
^ Phenomenal!! I cannot believe the change. I am so proud of all the work you put into it. Thank you for being an inspiration to me. :flowerforyou:
WOW amazing transformation!!!

I'm 37, just about to turn 38. Been overweight for the last 20+ years, ever since I was pregnant with my son. I ate bad, drank nothing but Coke all day & all night for 15 years. I never exercised & would find an excuse not to. This change came from a photo my husband took (not the one you see here ) and the next day I started losing weight. 7 months later I hit my goal weight of 65kg. Workout every day, no cheat days, no rest days.
I don't have a full body shot that's recent, but I do however have a face shot that gives a clue as to how I've gone from 95kg in early Feb 2012 to 59kg now in March 2013.
BTW that is a natural tan, sunshine does wonders. No makeup at all. No fake tan lotion. I've never been able to tan in my life, now I am brown all over. Coconut oil on the INSIDE helped with that.0 -
You guys look awesome! I can only imagine all the work you put in. :flowerforyou:0
