    This is fab will refer to this but can you say where you got your low g veg print outs from?
    My list was actually "hard copy" from a gym, but just from Googling here's a list that looks pretty similar to what I was using:
    http://www.glycemicgourmet.com/glycemic-index-table.html (the ones with the "dots" are little-to-no blood sugar impact)

    Great post!! Thanks for all the good ideas. For a great, creamy soup, I throw an onion, a few garlic cloves, celery leaves and stalks, and a head of cauliflower in a stockpot with some water or low sodium chicken broth and steam until tender, then use my immersion blender to smooth it out. Very filling and satisfying. Top with hot sauce or some red pepper flakes.
