    You must feel amazing! I had to laugh when I read your salad/portion sizes. I'm glad I'm not the only one who eats a salad full of veggies that could feed a family of 4! Thanks for putting it all together.

    Oh, yeah. Congrats. These all work together.

    I use a Fitbit, but also in need of a HRM to kick it up to the next gear.

    I'm 5'7", 49 and -70 lbs in 9 months. But I've slowed to 5 lbs a month, which is okay, but I want to keep going. Another 30 lbs minimum.

    I feel like it works mentally as well as physically, because it forces me to slow down and take the time to sip s-l-o-w-l-y.

    This is fab will refer to this but can you say where you got your low g veg print outs from?
    My list was actually "hard copy" from a gym, but just from Googling here's a list that looks pretty similar to what I was using:
