Oh, yeah. Congrats. These all work together.
I use a Fitbit, but also in need of a HRM to kick it up to the next gear.
I'm 5'7", 49 and -70 lbs in 9 months. But I've slowed to 5 lbs a month, which is okay, but I want to keep going. Another 30 lbs minimum.0 -
