    Checking in. Slacked off a bit and drank too much the past couple days because it was my roomates' birthdays, but I tried to cut back on calories a bit to make up. I've been sick for about two weeks, so the exercise has been mainly strength training for me, but I got some good dancing in on Tuesday! Excited, but nervous to weigh in for the first week.

    Checking in.....legs and back X done. Didn't get to it until late tonight so was tough to get started.....but done now. So now lets try to get through this first weekend eating clean :)

    Goal weight: 174
    I'm going to reevaluate once I get there if I want to lose more!

    Checking in! Just went on a grocery run and got lots of awesome veggies and fruits and protein :) Looking forward to being in a better mood next week when the sun is out so I can really stick to my plan.

    Week 2 begins. Chest and back done. Last week I did not go an ripper at all, but I added it today:) 10 reps of each exercise and 20 mason twist.
    Hade quinoa for the first time tonight with black beans. That was really good:) hope y'all having a great start to the week.

    Count me in. My SW is 211 (as of today)

    My GW (for the challenge) is 191. This is a good short term goal.

    My Ultimate GW is 115.

    Plyo done today but that's not the story for me (although it should be;) today my lower abs and core are SO sore I can barely move. Has to be because I added an ripper yesterday for the first time. Ouch
