Again, the cake recipe is based off this: http://healthyindulgences.net/2009/05/healthy-chocolate-cake-with-a-secret/
Try the original one 1st, then other variations.
For mine I used dates and honey instead of stevia and I added stevia sweetened whey protein.
I also used 90% cocoa dark chocolate instead of butter.0 -

My post workout dinner last night.....home made hot and sweet scampi (shrimp), with sweet potato for me and potato for the fella.0

Fingers crossed this works as I am loving my mexican eggs atm....
egg whites scrambles with onion, pepper, tomatoes and jalapenos
topped with low fat cheese and coriander ( cilantro for the US audience) and served in half a brown pitta with hot sauce!
also my healthy grilled Sunday 'full English breakfast'0 -
