      Congratulations!!! Thank you for sharing your story. I have been telling myself "slow and steady wins the race", even though every few weeks I am not so steady and gain a couple of pounds (but, that is living). My initial goal is to lose 50 lbs, going from size 14/16 to around 8 (I cannot even imagine being smaller than that!). However, ultimately, I simply want to be healthy and feel good, so if I loose 30 or 40, but hit that healthy feeling, then I am fine with that. You are an inspiration!!! Keep up the great work! God bless you, too.
