What is your daily calorie allowance?

This question is mainly for women! I was wondering what your daily calorie goal is. Also, please include your height, how much you work out, and, if you're comfortable, how much you weigh.
I think I'm eating too few calories but I'd like to see what others are doing!

I do not exercise, I am on my feet all day doing stuff at work though from 6am-6pm.
I have mine set to lose 1lbs a week.

After a lot of experimentation, I am most comfortable setting my goal at 1500.
I eat back most of my calories usually. I tend to be happy if I've eaten 1400-1500 calories of food and done a bit of exercise.
I tried 1200 and was constantly miserable, hungry and the weight loss grinded to a halt and messed with my metabolism. I also gained the weight back after losing 20lbs that way.
This way I can do loads of exercise and have a lot more energy.
I am 23 years old, 5 foot 7 , weigh somewhere between 180lbs - 200lbs (i don't actually know) and go to bootcamp 2 - 3 times a week, elliptical trainer 1 -2 times and weights 1- 2 times a week. My goal is 140lbs.0 -

I do at least 30 minutes of cardio, 5 days a week. On Saturday I clean, do laundry and dishes, stretch and do what little of yoga I know. On Sundays I do absolutely nothing. I've started doing body weight exercises on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and am thinking about upping my calorie intake despite what MFP is telling me.
I feel pretty good. I'm kinda hungry right now, but I also have like 400 calories from exercise to use up.0 -
I might be eating to few calories, but ever since i started this diet, I've done a bunch of changes with the food i bring into my apartment and cook for myself... I'm actually never hungry anymore. I eat a bowl of cereal with fresh strawberries and banana and almond milk, I have a protein bar for lunch or a salad, and for dinner I normally baked chicken,drumsticks or wings with steamed veggies. When I snack its on Quaker Pops (So Yummy) or baby carrots... I also drink like 5 or 6 bottles of water...

I'm 5'3'', weigh 128 lbs, and my allowance is 1430 net calories.
I work out 4-5 days a week, usually 300-400 calories' worth of cardio.
I'm pretty comfortable with my calories and feel like I have plenty of energy for the day. I do end up cutting it close, though... today I was just 12 calories under my goal xD0 -
1904 although it's about time to adjust that down. I'm at 230 pounds now, started at 254, GW 140ish. I don't exercise a ton though I do try to walk daily. I'm 5'7", 35 years old, and lose 1lb a week pretty consistently.0

I'm only at 1300 plus exercise. I'm 48 years old, 5"4" and just under 150 pounds. I've got medical problems that seem to have killed my metabolism. I work out around 4 times a week doing Zumba, water aerobics, and strength training. My doctor had me do MedGem testing and my RMR was only 960 calories per day - which is horrible. But, I'm making it work so far and it's been a year of losing about 0.7 pounds per week.0

I work out 3-5 times a week doing whatever I feel like. Usually Body Pump 1-2 times a week, Boot Camp or Tabata 1 time a week and I run/walk 2-3 times a week for a few miles. I usually eat (or drink!) my extra calories earned.

My Fitness Pal has me at 1350 net; however, Decided to cap it at 1600, gross (so as not to eat all my exercise cals back... started to gain doing that when I was consuming 1800-1900 gross)

Exercise 6 days a week with a combination of swimming, running, elliptical, 30 Day Shred. I burn about 400-500 cals the days I do workout(according to My Fitness Pal. I'm thinking my actual burn is lower, which is why I was gaining weight eating the cals back.)0 -
I average around 1400 (NET) so that is what my goal is set to, but some days its 1200 and some days its 1600. I like the flexibility of "saving" up some calories if I'm not feeling hungry, and then taking advantage of that to have something yummy or more calorically dense the next day. and I like the freedom of knowing that if i REALLY have the munchies, it's ok to go "over" and not beat myself up about it, as long as I make up for it over the next day or two.

I am on maintenance - I net 1620 most days, and eat back all my exercise calories, which means I end up eating an average of about 2000 calories per day. I am 5'5 1/2", 130 pounds, 42, and I run about 25-30 miles per week, plus 1-3 kettlebell workouts. I am fairly sedentary other than my workouts, since I work on computers.
When I was losing, I started at 1200, and then eventually upped it to around 1400 and still lost at the same rate, always eating back all my exercise cals.0 -
Well I am suppose to eat around 1200 but rarley make it and I never eat back cals.....................and I have stalled...I eat about 900 -1000, I need to add more into my day...I work out 4-5x's a week

I shoot for about 1200-1400 calories daily, though I walk an awful lot due to lack of a car so I'm burning anywhere from 200 to 500 calories daily. The last couple of days I've been taking long walks downtown, so I've been burning about 500, which gets me to only 700-800 calories or so net. I'll be sure to fix that up starting tomorrow. :I0

i'm 5'10, i weigh 222 pounds as of this morning, and i set my goal to 1200 calories. my net calories are usually between 1300-1100. I work out for around 30-60 minutes every day. I usually burn between 250-400 calories per day.0

I exercise moderately, mostly on my treadmill about 4 times a week and daily dog walks. I get my 10,000 steps a day (fitbit calculated) and I use my fitbit calories burned data to help determine my TDEE. I feel great and I am rarely hungry.0 -

Mine is around 1400 with no exercise. When I work out, I eat extra calories that equals the amount that I burnt. Mine is set to lose about 0.5-1kg per week! I don't feel hungry all the time with this calorie goal and still manage to lose some weight (when i do stick to it )0
