What is your daily calorie allowance?

This question is mainly for women! I was wondering what your daily calorie goal is. Also, please include your height, how much you work out, and, if you're comfortable, how much you weigh.

I think I'm eating too few calories but I'd like to see what others are doing!

    I do not exercise, I am on my feet all day doing stuff at work though from 6am-6pm.
    I have mine set to lose 1lbs a week.

    Mine is set at 1840. I weigh 179, exercise a couple times a week, and I'm 5'6". I have it to lose 1/2 lb a week right now as I was feeling really hungry all the time. I lose best at about 1600 cals per day.

    After a lot of experimentation, I am most comfortable setting my goal at 1500.

    I eat back most of my calories usually. I tend to be happy if I've eaten 1400-1500 calories of food and done a bit of exercise.

    I tried 1200 and was constantly miserable, hungry and the weight loss grinded to a halt and messed with my metabolism. I also gained the weight back after losing 20lbs that way.

    This way I can do loads of exercise and have a lot more energy.

    I am 23 years old, 5 foot 7 , weigh somewhere between 180lbs - 200lbs (i don't actually know) and go to bootcamp 2 - 3 times a week, elliptical trainer 1 -2 times and weights 1- 2 times a week. My goal is 140lbs.

    I'm 5'6, 123 lbs just trying to loose about 10 lbs, I sit all day and try to exercise between 30-50 minutes/day. I've been losing about 1 lb a week.

    Mine is 1500-1800 on weekdays, and 2000 on weekends. I try very very hard to be 1500-1800 on weekends T_T Doesn't always workout lol

    1500 per day. It used to be 1400, but then I realized I have less than 20 lb to lose so I changed my goals to 0.5 lb loss per week.

    I lost 7 pounds in my first week! (now I'm aiming for 1-2)
    I have in the past just been a low carber, so this is new..

    217lbs

    I do at least 30 minutes of cardio, 5 days a week. On Saturday I clean, do laundry and dishes, stretch and do what little of yoga I know. On Sundays I do absolutely nothing. I've started doing body weight exercises on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and am thinking about upping my calorie intake despite what MFP is telling me.

    I feel pretty good. I'm kinda hungry right now, but I also have like 400 calories from exercise to use up.

    I might be eating to few calories, but ever since i started this diet, I've done a bunch of changes with the food i bring into my apartment and cook for myself... I'm actually never hungry anymore. I eat a bowl of cereal with fresh strawberries and banana and almond milk, I have a protein bar for lunch or a salad, and for dinner I normally baked chicken,drumsticks or wings with steamed veggies. When I snack its on Quaker Pops (So Yummy) or baby carrots... I also drink like 5 or 6 bottles of water...

    I'm 5'3'', weigh 128 lbs, and my allowance is 1430 net calories.
    I work out 4-5 days a week, usually 300-400 calories' worth of cardio.
    I'm pretty comfortable with my calories and feel like I have plenty of energy for the day. I do end up cutting it close, though... today I was just 12 calories under my goal xD

    1904 although it's about time to adjust that down. I'm at 230 pounds now, started at 254, GW 140ish. I don't exercise a ton though I do try to walk daily. I'm 5'7", 35 years old, and lose 1lb a week pretty consistently.

    I'm only at 1300 plus exercise. I'm 48 years old, 5"4" and just under 150 pounds. I've got medical problems that seem to have killed my metabolism. I work out around 4 times a week doing Zumba, water aerobics, and strength training. My doctor had me do MedGem testing and my RMR was only 960 calories per day - which is horrible. But, I'm making it work so far and it's been a year of losing about 0.7 pounds per week.

    I work out 3-5 times a week doing whatever I feel like. Usually Body Pump 1-2 times a week, Boot Camp or Tabata 1 time a week and I run/walk 2-3 times a week for a few miles. I usually eat (or drink!) my extra calories earned.

    Still kinda new to this and playing around with how much to eat...

    My Fitness Pal has me at 1350 net; however, Decided to cap it at 1600, gross (so as not to eat all my exercise cals back... started to gain doing that when I was consuming 1800-1900 gross)

    Exercise 6 days a week with a combination of swimming, running, elliptical, 30 Day Shred. I burn about 400-500 cals the days I do workout(according to My Fitness Pal. I'm thinking my actual burn is lower, which is why I was gaining weight eating the cals back.)
