This month I want to track everything I do, and I'm trying a new way of eating. I have upped my water intake from 4 to 6 glasses to 12 glasses and for me that's a miracle, I don't like water, so now I flavor it. I want to lose 5 pounds or more this month.0 -

I GOT A GYM MEMBERSHIP! Now I'm going a bit. I don't know if I'll lose all 5 pounds, I think my weight is going to start leveling off as I do strength training, but I'm going to keep eating the same and working out more, hopefully I won't lose any muscle!0 -
