Starting late, but ready to lose.
I've been lacking the motivation, so I've come here to try and help spark something...
I know I can lose 5 lbs this month. So here we go:

Just for fun: Spring is a time of renewal and rebirth. What new event, habit or change are you going to accomplish this month?
I'm running my first ever 5K on April 20th!!! I finished W9D2 of Couch to 5K today - one more 'til I'll be considered a C25K graduate!!!0 -

Lost 2 kilos in March! This was an added incentive plus made a great friend!
