    Starting late, but ready to lose.
    I've been lacking the motivation, so I've come here to try and help spark something...

    I know I can lose 5 lbs this month. So here we go:

    Just for fun: Spring is a time of renewal and rebirth. What new event, habit or change are you going to accomplish this month?
    I'm running my first ever 5K on April 20th!!! :D I finished W9D2 of Couch to 5K today - one more 'til I'll be considered a C25K graduate!!!

    Lost 2 kilos in March! This was an added incentive plus made a great friend!

    SW 68 kilo in January.

    12/4 61.9. Finding it hard, but feeling good!

    This month I hope to keep on track and maintain all the exercise! It's my 54th birthday this month and it would be special to be in even better shape!

    Unheard of for me to tell people what I weigh so this is a bit of a hurdle...

    I seem to have hit a plateau here, probably as a result of my vacation last week. I did manage to work out despite being on vacation, and at least I didn't gain. Here's hoping for a good week now that I'm back to my routines.

    Id like to continue to focus on running and increasing my distance every week (I've been doing up to 12km and would like to finish April at 16km).

    New for April - Trying to drink more water and get my veggies and fruits in from homeade smoothies.

    Although I didn't lose, the gain wasn't that bad and I did get my water, fruits and veggies in :-)
