    WOW this goes to show that if you really want to you can achieve it. I constantly go back and forth with my weight and wonder how all these people can get to their goals in such a short time and it all comes down to dedication! GREAT JOB!

    The people who tell me not to lift heavy and to lighten the weights, I stare at them as I lower down and raise back up. Especially, when you are pushing shoulder presses out with 30lb weights in your hands. The faces they give you after that are priceless.

    I think you look great at 141. That's already a BMI of 21.4. You should get a Body fat analysis done to make sure 130 would be a healthy weight for you (19.8 BMI). It may be too low and you might end up just losing it from your breasts anyway.

    If you feel you have just a little pocket of belly fat that is stubborn (can't see from pics), consider that US fat buster. That's more for body sculpting. That might be better than losing fat around your whole body.

    Again...you look great. I wouldn't push it too far.

    Body fat analysis...and check to see what healthy numbers for women are.

    Thanks for sharing your story and photos. Youre amazing and in only 4.5 months. You've spurred me on for sure. Only my first week of restarting my healthy diet routine and taking inspiration from all you lovely people who are generous enough to share on this site. Bravo - you should be so proud of yourself for showing such focus and determination. Today is going to be a good day for me now.

    I am in week two of CLX/TF hybrid. I had one of my friends tell me to finish TF schedule before starting this hybrid. Although, I greatly value her opinion, I needed the lifting (I felt). I just became burnt with too much cardio with no real results. I am loving the mix so far and do feel stronger. As I am going to be heading into 40 next year I feel that this program will change me just like it has you. I may go into New Rules after as I have the book, but to start I am continuing on with what I am doing (it is no joke, though). Fabulous transformation. I hope to be showing my results down the road as well. It may be longer than your journey but, I will get there too! Congrats! You are so hot!
