Today workout was supposed to be kenpo x. Wife wanted me to try turbo fire. I know object was to burn calories so turbo fire it was. Lots of choreography that I didn't quite get and some of the moves just not for me. I did burn over 600 calories so mission accomplished.0

Yeah - this MFP food tracking/exercise log is finally working! The team challenge is very motiviatinal.

Forgot to check in here. Started p90x week 3 so chest and back along with ab ripper. Added a few more reps to each move and really did feel a little stronger. How is everyone else doing?0

Just saw this and would love to join! I was thinking on my way in to work this morning that I need to focus more on smaller numbers or else I'm easily discouraged. This 20 pounder is great in comparison to 68... ugh.
