I am in!!! Just started today thanks to my new friend and personal trainer. I have been half-heartedly trying to lose weight before my Aug. 24th wedding since Dec. 25 and heck, here it is April and only about 6 pounds gone.
I am a size 20, and ordered a 18 dress and it can be taken in two sizes. Twenty pounds might get me to a 16 or close. Yay!
By the way, wedding is on a Disney cruise with tons of family and friends, and I will have to wear a bathingsuit.

Today workout was supposed to be kenpo x. Wife wanted me to try turbo fire. I know object was to burn calories so turbo fire it was. Lots of choreography that I didn't quite get and some of the moves just not for me. I did burn over 600 calories so mission accomplished.0

Rest day complete. Getting ready for the last lifting week in phase 1 of p90x. Saw some results on the scale today (down 3lbs). Wife really been good at keeping me on track with food. How's everyone else doing?0
