  • Today workout was supposed to be kenpo x. Wife wanted me to try turbo fire. I know object was to burn calories so turbo fire it was. Lots of choreography that I didn't quite get and some of the moves just not for me. I did burn over 600 calories so mission accomplished.

  • Rest day complete. Getting ready for the last lifting week in phase 1 of p90x. Saw some results on the scale today (down 3lbs). Wife really been good at keeping me on track with food. How's everyone else doing?

    Is it too late to join?...my sw was 95 kg and current weight is 89 kg(196 lbs)...roughly 15 pounds loss...wouldlove to lose another 20 lbs..

  • Forgot to check in here. Started p90x week 3 so chest and back along with ab ripper. Added a few more reps to each move and really did feel a little stronger. How is everyone else doing?

  • Just saw this and would love to join! I was thinking on my way in to work this morning that I need to focus more on smaller numbers or else I'm easily discouraged. This 20 pounder is great in comparison to 68... ugh.
