    I missed on Saturday so I'm running a day behind, tomrrow is supposed to be the rest day but I'm going to do my 140 then be back on track. I'm really enjoying this challenge, I'm doing my squats during coffee breaks at work, during my lunch break, whenever I have some spare time, its working awesome! I have been doing sets now that I'm past 100 squats just to break them up. I think it s working nice.

    I'm on day 11. It's a little ouchy. I'm still attempting to do mine all in one to as my legs are a little like jelly after I've finished. For those that have completed it what sort if results have you seen? I have notices more muscle definition as I didn't really have any of that probably because I've lost 57lbs mainly through diet changes alone and not through exercise now if like to maintain. I'm heaviest than some of you ladies want to be but I'm the same weight I was at 19 so I'm happy and wearing a UK 10/12
