Mom was in town, had to splurge all weekend:
Friday:
regular breakfast of oatmeal, banana, coffee:
Sushi for dinner:
Saturday:
bison burger on gluten free pita with quinoa and salad
Dinner: Snow crab legs and veggies:
Sunday brunch:
poached eggs, potatoes, chicken sausage, english muffin. Thought I was gonna get way more food...all that for 20 bucks, outrageous.
Made up for it at dinner - veggie salad, half a rotisserie chicken, asparagus, potatoes, carrots
and to top it all off: peanut butter and jelly pot de creme with a cookie spoon:
Back to normal-ish today:

.5 cubed cooked skinless chicken breast aprox 140 cals
1/4 cup sliced 60 cals
2-3 canned artichoke hearts 60 cals
Kirkland Basil Pesto 1/8 cup 165 cals
shredded light cheddar cheese 1/3 cup 90 cals
